Super Easy Thin Crust Pizza
This is the recipe to turn to when you just can’t be bothered making anything complicated.
Honestly, this easy pizza go-to is a regular in our house and we’re not afraid to say it!
You know what else it’s good for?!
Game nights when you’re hosting friends at your place!
You can setup a pizza station and let everyone create their own versions based on what they like and don’t like.
My favorite thing about these pizzas is that they’re on wraps!
When made with a wrap, your pizza will likely fill you up the perfect amount and not leave you feeling too bloated.
Loads of carbs in pizza dough makes me feel really sluggish afterwards, but with wraps as a base, I don’t feel like that at all!
If you’re gluten-free, you can easily use GF wraps for your base and de-glutenize (I totally just made that word up!) the pizza.
The ingredient options you have for these thin crust pizzas is unlimited!
You can use tomato, BBQ, or cream-based sauces.
Then, you can top your pizza with various vegan cheeses, just about any vegetable, and even nuts if you’re feeling crazy!
There’s also vegan chicken nuggets, sausages, or mince you can sprinkle on your round creation.
The possibilities are endless!
I highly recommend pairing your pizza creation with a vegan, craft beer.
It’s just the perfect combination together.
Pizza, beer, and, of course, HOT SAUCE!
Can’t forget that!
Alright, let’s make pizza shall we!?

1/4 cup sliced roasted tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced roasted tomatoes
1/2 sliced roasted pepper
1/2 cup shredded vegan cheddar cheese
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp dried or chopped fresh basil
1/2 cup spinach
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F.
Dice, slice, and shred all toppings.
Mix tomato paste and tomato sauce, then spread across wrap with a spoon. Spread to the edge leaving a tiny bit of the wrap without sauce (for picking up slices as you eat).
Lay a bed of spinach across the wrap, then place mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers, and red onion in any fashion across the bed of spinach.
Sprinkle vegan cheese across the pizza until you’re satisfied.
Sprinkle oregano and basil on the pizza and place in oven.
Allow to cook for approximately 10 minutes, then check on the pizza.
When the edges of the pizza look slightly toasted and the cheese is sufficiently melted, remove the pizza from the oven.
Using a pizza cutter, cut the pizza into slices of the size of your choice.
Enjoy your pizza!
